Steven Buduo is a contemporary sculptor from Worcester, MA. Primarily working in steel and concrete, his practice is a persistent study into the significance of space. A graduate of Bowdoin College, Buduo’s formal art training consists of multiple residencies in the U.S. and Europe as well as a brief enrollment at the Burren College of Art in Ballyvaughan, Ireland. A metalworker by trade, his work often incorporates elements and techniques that he has acquired through working in custom fabrication shops. He has installed public and private sculptures across the U.S and recently joined the Boston Sculptors Gallery cooperative in 2022. Currently, he has temporary public installations in Providence; Howard County, MD, Hyattsville, MD; North Bennington, VT and Knoxville, TN. He lives and works in St. Louis, MO.
