Biography

Sylvia McEwan - Artists - Pryor Fine Art

Sylvia McEwan's work explores the dynamic interplay between the figurative and the abstract, drawing inspiration from both Classicism and Cubism. Evolving from representational forms into abstraction, her pieces retain the essence of their original influences while transforming into explorations of space, form, structure, and balance. Though subject matter plays a role, the deeper focus remains on the harmony created within each composition.
